UK Delivery Information

Delivery:    COST:  £3.99 - Mainland UK
SERVICE USED:  Where possible we use Royal Mail, Myhermes or Amazon Logistics to send your product.  The order is processed within 24 hours and the delivery service after despatch can take 1-3 days (for RM or Amazon Logisics) or 3-5 days Myhermes courier.  The service used depends on several factors as we have more than one warehouse.
Processing & Despatch Emails:
We will keep you up to date via email each step of the processing and despatch.

Delivery Guarantees:
We cannot guarantee the exact delivery date because we use third party delivery services.

Accepting Delivery - Important:  
If the item is delivered to you damaged in transit DO NOT accept delivery.  Instead, refuse this delivery at the door and they will return it to us. Let us know you have done this.

Exceptions to the above:
Time Scale: Exceptions that are beyond, such as Bank Holidays etc.  We continue to do all we can to ensure that your parcel is despatched and arrives as quickly as possible, within the bounds of these restrictions of course.
Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands 
Certain areas of the UK can take 2 days longer to deliver. If you live in one of these areas then you will tend to know this. 
Stock: In the rare event that an item is out of stock, we shall contact you asap to determine whether you wish to receive a suggested alternative, wait for our new specified delivery date or to confirm that we have refunded your order if no suitable alternative is able to be suggested.
Missed Delivery:  
If you miss your delivery, the driver will do one of the following (depending on how RM decide to treat missed deliveries). They may:
  • Ask a neighbour to take and leave you a card telling you where they left this.  
  • Leave you a card for you 
  • Leave parcel in a safe place such as a porch
  • Feel free to email us with additional instructions - such as neighbour no. 13 ... we can add this if you send it immediately after placing your order but cannot guarantee
The speediest way to reorganise a delivery is following instructions on a left card or contacting the carrier with your tracking info (sent via email).  Alternatively you may email us, allowing 24 hours for us to follow this up for you. 

After 2 attempts the parcel may be returned to us.  In this case we will refund your order, but not postage costs.  We retain the right to charge an admin fee of £3 towards our actual costs of sending you an undelivered/returned parcel.  This value amounts to less than the amount it would have cost us to process, pack and send to you.
